•      High School Studies at St. Xavier's High School, Manickpur, Vasai Rd. 
•      He completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Economics from the University of Mumbai               (1982). 
•      He also completed a course in Counselling in 1986 from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. 
•      He also completed a six month course in School Administration (1986). 
•      He did a Diploma in Community based Development and Leadership from St. Francis Xavier University,         Coady Institute in Canada - Nova Scotia. 
•      He has done short courses in Youth Coordination and Leadership from Ishvani Kendra, Pune, a Basic             Legal Aid course    from Indian Social Institute, New Delhi and a New Directors Training for Diocesan           Social Service Society Directors from Caritas India, New Delhi.
        Seminary Studies from (1983 to 1990). He completed his seminary studies in March 1990. 
        He was ordained on 01 April 1990 in Vasai for the Archdiocese of Bombay.

He compiled the "Antar Bharti Geetmala" (In Seven Languages) Hymnal for Raigad Dist. 
He is the editor of the News Bulletin "CSA Impact", a Bulletin of the Archdiocese of Bombay from 2009. He has also written some articles in this bulletin. He has also written two articles in The Examiner. He also wrote articles in Marathi in the Parish Bulletin and the Youth Bulletin when he served there as Assistant Priest. 
He is pleasant, jovial, optimistic and cheerful. He puts people first. He has a simple lifestyle. He is has good leadership skills. He is very respectful and polite. He enjoys a good relationship with one and all. He can do things in a calm and pleasant way. He is open to other perspectives and other people's point of view. He is sensitive to the needs of others. He is approachable and has good listening skills. 
He consults others before taking decisions. He is open to feedback and suggestions. Whatever he does is guided by the teachings of the Church and the Magisterium. He has a great missionary zeal. In all his programmes, he promotes the social teachings of the Church. 
He is ready to take on difficult and challenging tasks. He has pioneered many projects of the Archdiocese of Bombay. Whenever a task is given to him, one can be sure that he will complete it well. 
Due to his close involvement with the activities of the Centre for Social Action, he has been held in high public esteem by so many people from all walks of life. He has great concern for the underprivileged and the marginalized. 
His sense of joy and team spirit is seen in all his activities. In particular for our ordination batch meetings, he keeps the interest of the priests at heart. He has an excellent capacity for dialogue. 
When he was the Priest In- Charge of the Sacred Heart Church, Roha, he was the main person instrumental in the building of the Church which was inaugurated by Cardinal Ivan Dias.
If you ever listen to his sermons, you will realize that he preaches the Gospel message with conviction. He had started the Parish Youth Movement (PYM) in St. Thomas Church, Sandor, Vasai in 1993. He also wrote in the youth bulletin of St. Thomas Church many articles for the youth. 
He has outstanding leadership abilities. He is the main coordinator for the education programme in the mission of fake rolex Raigad District (for the last five years till date). He is directly involved in providing supplementary education for the poor tribal children (Kathkaris) and the empowerment of the tribals themselves. He has done this in 150 villages in Raigad District. Here, he has also provided regular Teachers Training and Animators Training. He has replica omega done this in collaboration with 17 Religious Congregations. 
He has very good replica rolex relations with civic authorities. In fact he obtained the permission from the State Government and the Municipal Corporation to get the transfer of land from Industrial to Residential zones to St. Francis Xavier Church at Panvel (of the Archdiocese of Bombay). It was not an easy permission to get, but he got it. 
He coordinated a project in Dharavi Island with the fisherfolk community. Here he conducted a systematic study of the area and he led the people of the area to prepare a Perspective Plan for their Social Development. 
He also worked to get land for the Kathkari tribals w.r.t. their Right to Forest Land. He helped in the implementation of the Annapurna Scheme (10 government schemes for the poor) related to their right to food, such as obtaining ration cards for the poor. He is an honest, sincere, hardworking and upright person willing to do his best for the people of God.
